AgentsPH started with a pattern we lived through ourselves: serious inquiries arrive on Facebook — "Available pa po?", "HM?", "Pwede ba lipat this month?" — then vanish into a hundred Messenger threads. For an agent, a lost thread isn't a small thing. It's a buyer who signed with whoever replied first, and a commission that went with them.
