They market and sell it for you; you’re emailed the moment it happens and it’s recorded for both sides. Short on inventory? Add theirs and earn the split. It’s open to any active subscriber — salesperson under a broker or still processing your PRC license, sama ka. Submitting your PRC details earns an optional “Verified by AgentsPH” badge, but it isn’t required to join. AgentsPH records the agreement but never touches the commission — money moves agent-to-agent.

Sino ang responsable sa co-broke deals?

Kayo ng partner agent. AgentsPH only records the split you both agreed on and connects you — settle the commission, the terms, and any concerns between yourselves (Messenger works great for this). AgentsPH is not a party to your co-broke arrangement, never holds or handles commission money, and is not responsible for how a co-broke transaction turns out. Deal directly with agents you trust.
